Marketing Communications Executive | Up to $3,400

Duration: 6 months

Location: One North

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am to 6pm; Friday 830am to 530pm

Responsibilities:

• Develop a variety of content including website copy, emailers, feature stories, presentations, and both digital and printed marketing materials.
• Combine copywriting and design to achieve clear communication goals while maintaining a consistent visual identity and tone.
• Collaborate with different teams to understand their objectives and provide marketing and communications support as needed.
• Identify opportunities to enhance engagement within the initiative, across different teams, and with external audiences.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including managing multiple elements and tasks.
• Source and liaise with suppliers/vendors, and provide support for general administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (e.g., social media, advertising, design, management, psychology).
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content creation, digital marketing, and event management.
• Proficiency in copywriting and design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
