Senior Supervision Engineer

We are a fast growing Construction Company specializing in Geosynthetics Solutions.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Supervision Engineer to join our construction team in Indonesia.

The Senior Supervision Engineer will oversee day-to-day operations at the construction site, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely, on time, and according to plan and construction design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in Geotechnical works especially in Soil Improvement is preferred.
• Proven work experience as a Senior Supervision Engineer in a construction company for a minimum of 5 years.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail in schedule, technical design & application, and budget analysis.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Understand how to operate AutoCAD, prepare Shop drawings and Time Schedule.
• Familiarity with field monitoring tools and equipment.
• In-depth knowledge of site safety procedures and regulations (HSE).
