Job Description

  1. Ensuring that the annual work plans related to facility management, finance, and marketing are prepared in accordance with the Siloam Training Center's strategy, implemented, and evaluated for effectiveness and efficiency.
  2. Developing and regularly updating standard procedures and operations (SPO) related to facility management, finance, and marketing activities, and ensuring they are consistently implemented.
  3. Ensuring the institution's financial management is carried out effectively and efficiently, including planning (budgeting), recording (journalizing), cash flow management, analysis, and regular financial reporting (financial statement).
  4. Ensuring that the institution's product and service marketing programs are carried out effectively and efficiently to achieve the institution's monthly financial and non-financial targets.

Qualifications

  1. Having a good knowledge in Budgeting
  2. Having the exposure of Profit and Loss financial report
  3. Forecasting the Opex and Capex
  4. Good data management, analysis, and presentation (financial and non-financial)
  5. Manage training inventory and facility
  6. Expand the business of Siloam Training Center
