Responsibilities

1. Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
2. Manage incoming phone calls from internal (Employee or Tenant).
3. Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms.
4. Coordinate with Security/Cleaning/Engineering team for daily operations.
5. Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma degree in any major.
2. Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same field.
3. Good in English both oral and written.
4. Good in administration and communication skills.
5. Willing to be placed in West Jakarta.
