We are recruiting on behalf of an Entertainment Provider in Indonesia who is looking for a Venue Manager. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of venues, including sales, marketing, and guest experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure the venue is properly maintained, including equipment.
2. Manage to achieve sales targets.
3. Work closely with the marketing team to attract customers and participate in creating marketing strategies and activities.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with guests.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related industries such as hospitality, retail, or entertainment.
2. Fluency in English is preferred.
3. Experience working with children and knowledge of child development.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
5. Ability to adapt to a child-friendly environment.
6. Able to work as part of a team.
7. Strong retail operations management skills.
8. Willingness to work flexible hours.
