What you will do:
Receive and collect new employee request forms from User.
Conduct recruitment processes to find the right candidates based on User requests & HR procedures.
Conduct candidate selection to acquire competent employees.
Inform new employees and prepare necessary facilities and equipment for them.
Input new employee administrative data and update any changes in the HRIS system.
What you need:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment Process.
Familiarity with Psychological Assessment, Interview Methods, and HRIS system.
Experience in Life Styles Coffee Shop or Restaurant as a Recruitment Officer is a plus.
