Job Description
The HR Supervisor oversees HR operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with policies. This role involves supervising HR staff, managing recruitment and employee relations, and driving initiatives to foster a supportive and thriving workplace.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant HR certifications or training (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) are an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

Skills and Competencies

  • HR Knowledge and Compliance
    • Thorough understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, especially Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS, etc.).
    • Familiarity with employee engagement strategies and Telunas’ organizational values.
  • Technical and Administrative Proficiency
    • Proficiency in HR software systems (e.g., SAP, Ezee) and HR documentation management.
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and record-keeping.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Fluent verbal and excellent written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
    • Strong interpersonal skills for effective engagement with employees and management.
  • Organizational and Analytical Abilities
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage records, onboarding processes, and compliance reports.
    • Analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving in HR-related issues.

Duties & Responsibilities

General

  • Understand Telunas’ mission, values, and employee engagement philosophy.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from team members.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
  • Prepare and distribute employment contracts, offer letters, and documentation.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, including orientation schedules and paperwork.
  • Track and organize employee training programs, ensuring compliance with mandatory training.
  • Monitor employee leave, attendance, and payroll data.

Recruitment Support

  • Assist in hiring processes, including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Support recruitment events and internal hiring communications.

Employee Relations

  • Facilitate communication between employees and management regarding HR issues.
  • Provide guidance on company policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company regulations.
  • Prepare and submit reports on training participation and employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Support audits by maintaining accurate documentation and records.
  • Work closely with department heads to address staffing needs.
  • Support cross-departmental initiatives for employee engagement and morale improvement.
  • Actively contribute to HR meetings and process improvement discussions.

Communication

  • Serve as a liaison between employees and departments for HR matters.
  • Provide timely updates to the HR Manager on ongoing tasks and challenges.
  • Ensure effective communication on policy changes and updates.

  • Flexibility to work overtime or travel to company locations as needed.
