Area Supervisor

• Manage multiple stores in a specific area, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies and standards.
• Plan and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve store performance.
• Check and analyze store performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective action.
• Train, guide, and support store managers and staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to operational procedures, visual merchandising standards, and customer service protocols.
• Work closely with various departments like Marketing and HR to execute promotions, recruit staff, and enhance employee training programs.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support business growth.
• Ensure all stores comply with company policies, operational guidelines, and legal regulations.
• Prepare and present reports on store performance, sales trends, and operational insights to senior management.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and store-related issues to maintain customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate, develop, and manage teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in analyzing sales data and driving store performance improvements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of customer service, store operations, and merchandising best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently between store locations.
