(Mandarin Speaker) Sr. Warehouse Manager

Job Description:

We are currently helping our client, a fast-paced growing F&B Coffee Company that has been established since 2022 and has been growing to more than 430 stores all over Indonesia. Currently, we are looking for Mandarin Speaker - Sr. Warehouse Manager with the following details:

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory management, logistics, and procurement to ensure optimal inventory levels, minimizing costs, and on-time delivery.
• Develop and implement a strategic supply chain plan aligned with overall project objectives and budget.
• Collaborate with the production and maintenance teams to forecast demand for parts and materials.
• Understand internal category profile through various analyses covering internal demand dynamics, spend analysis (SKU, suppliers, purchase price, total cost of ownership model impact to P&L savings, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
• Responsible for overall inventory management, maintain accurate inventory records for all parts and components, and develop inventory control procedures and best practices.

Requirements:

• Able to use Mandarin in written, spoken, and listening
• Educational background typically includes a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement material management, logistics, or related fields, with at least 3 years of exposure in a leadership capacity within the coal mining sector.
• Passionate and dynamic individual with strong leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Preferably have experience from the Food & Beverage/FMCG/F&B Retail/Retail Chain industry.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
