Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an IT strategy that aligns with the company's business goals, while leading a team of IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the IT strategy to drive innovation and performance across the organization.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Helpdesk, ensuring timely support and high customer satisfaction.
• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware, while ensuring robust security policies are in place.
• Select, implement, and maintain software solutions that meet business needs and optimize operations.
• Lead IT projects from start to finish, effectively managing resources, budgets, and timelines to achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience in IT management, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud services, network management, hardware systems, IT security, and enterprise software solutions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing diverse teams and interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience developing long-term IT strategies that align with business objectives.
• Ability to manage IT budgets, optimize resources, and handle multiple projects with effective organizational and prioritization skills.
• Bonus point: experience in data center/banking industry.
