Project Management Officer (Surabaya)

• Work with the senior leadership team to improve business performance in the shipping and logistics sector.
• Provide strategic oversight on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and business growth opportunities, particularly in fleet, ports, and logistics networks.
• Lead financial planning to optimize resource allocation and improve profitability across shipping and logistics projects.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders, including directors, executives, and external partners.
• Oversee cross-functional teams to execute large-scale projects, such as fleet management, port expansion, and supply chain optimization.
• Monitor project schedules, financials, and risks, providing regular reports to senior management and recommending actions.
• Lead transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiencies, customer satisfaction, and technological integration.
• Ensure smooth transition of new business strategies and projects from planning to daily operations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a senior project management role in shipping, logistics, or maritime industry.
• Experience in leading M&A activities and business development initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of shipping/logistics operations, financial performance, and risk management.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and financial management tools.
