Risk Management Specialist

Overview:

Risk Management Superintendent supports the Internal Audit Manager in ensuring that risk management policies and procedures are implemented consistently in the organization. This position is also responsible for managing documentation, analyzing data, reporting risk, and supporting the organization's risk mitigation initiatives.

Job Description:

1. Create a risk management framework by reviewing and updating existing work in accordance with the latest work standards.
2. Design and implement a risk management program.
3. Together with Internal Audit, evaluate the effectiveness of policies and risk mitigation.
4. Conduct evaluation of the strategic, operational, and compliance risks faced by the organization in the past year and prepare an annual risk report for Management and BOD.
5. Coordinate with each unit/department to finalize the evaluation process of the effectiveness of existing risk control.
6. Prepare monthly risk reports for senior level.
7. Collect and validate risk data from relevant units/departments.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field.
3. Hold Certification CRMP, ISO 31000 or COSO ERM will be an advantage.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in risk assessment tools and software.
6. Good knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
9. High attention to detail, strong ethical standards and integrity.
10. Able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
11. Willing to travel.
12. Ready to work at Purwakarta.
