What You’ll Do:

• Develop Impactful Marketing Strategies: Craft innovative strategies that drive sales growth and create buzz around our products in the retail scene.
• Analyze Market Trends: Dive deep into market data to stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring we’re always one step ahead in delivering what our customers want.
• Lead and Collaborate: Work closely with Area Supervisors, Branch Managers, and cross-functional teams like R&D and purchasing to ensure smooth product launches and optimized inventory levels across all channels.
• Optimize Inventory and Stock: Monitor stock availability, analyze sales performance, and make data-driven decisions to ensure we have the right products in the right place, at the right time.
• Drive Product Performance: Use your skills in data analysis to create weekly and monthly reports, tracking product success and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Create Seamless Product Experiences: Ensure smooth setup of products in digital sales tools like iSeller, making sure our customers always have the best experience.
• Innovate with Planograms: Develop and refine systems for planogram creation, translating data insights into effective in-store displays.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience & Expertise: At least 3 years in retail merchandising, with proven experience leading a team. Bonus points if you have experience in the footwear industry!
• Leadership Skills: A natural leader who’s comfortable guiding a team and coordinating with various departments.
• Data Savvy: You know your way around Excel and Google Spreadsheets, and you’re skilled in turning numbers into actionable insights.
• Proactive & Adaptive: Eager to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Challenges don’t faze you; they energize you!
