ABOUT THE ROLE
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for directing or coordinating purchasing, warehousing of raw materials and finished products, and distribution to limit costs and improve accuracy, customer satisfaction, or safety. A Supply Chain Manager also examines opportunities to streamline activities to meet product distribution needs, as well as directing the movement, storage, or processing of inventory.

Responsibilities:

  1. Direct report to General Manager or Director.
  2. Collaborate, manage, and supervise the work process in the Supply Chain department (Purchasing, PPIC, QA, Warehouse & Logistics) to determine the products needed.
  3. Negotiate and manage contracts with raw material suppliers and ensure products arrive on time.
  4. Oversee demand forecasting, supply planning, and procurement to ensure product needs are met on time.
  5. Track shipments and stock levels using the system and physical checks.
  6. Manage product availability levels to minimize production risk and maximize product turnover.
  7. Explore the possibility of developing supply chain networks and cooperation with delivery/logistics vendors to achieve customer satisfaction.
  8. Design and implement SOPs for the purchase, storage, and delivery of raw materials/finished goods in accordance with company regulations.
  9. Build and maintain good working relationships with internal parties between departments.
  10. Collaborate with other related departments to identify problems and find solutions related to the supply chain process according to company targets.
  11. Monitor the performance of the entire team to ensure that targets are achieved.
  12. Hire, train, and manage the supply chain team.

Qualifications:

  1. 3 years in the same position as Supply Chain, preferably from the F&B industry.
  2. Experience in handling purchasing, planning, warehouse, and logistics.
  3. Strong analytical skills.
  4. Able to:
    • Create and implement SOPs effectively.
    • Use ERP systems; be communicative and have a leadership spirit.
    • Operate Microsoft Office.
    • Work towards a target.
