ASSISTANT MANAGER WAREHOUSE

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, and ensuring the availability of raw materials and packaging for the production process.
2. Set up and maintain an efficient warehouse layout for optimal space utilization.
3. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Maintain an efficient inbound/outbound operation indicator with the most optimal activities.
5. Responsible for productivity, quality of warehouse operations, and inventory management (including stock count, stock accuracy, safety stock).

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in Logistics or Management.
2. At least 7 years of experience as a Warehouse Assistant Manager in an FMCG company.
3. Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards and regulations.
4. Excellent planning skills, decision making, conflict resolution, and time management.
5. Proficiency in quality management tools and software.
6. Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams at all levels.
8. Placement in Mojokerto.
