DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER (FMCG INDUSTRY)

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong passion for eCommerce and digital growth. The ideal candidate is a creative strategist who understands how to use various digital channels and platforms—such as TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia, and other emerging channels—to raise online sales. This individual will excel at content creation, campaign strategy, storytelling, and brand building, while also being able to lead teams effectively and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) or influencers.

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in agency settings or with fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) brands—particularly in the food sector—and possess a broad network of creative professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital strategy.
  • Craft and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and boosting online sales. Utilize data-driven insights and KPIs to optimize and refine strategies across all platforms.
  • Oversee and optimize brand presence on eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).
  • Coordinate product listing, pricing, promotions, and merchandising to maximize sales.
  • Partner with internal teams (Product, Operations, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer experience.
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to meet ROI and KPI goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels to continuously improve performance.
  • Maintain and elevate the brand’s visual identity, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across all touchpoints.
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, content creators, and other specialists.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental activities to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Measure and report on influencer campaigns, optimizing for engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, etc.) across campaigns and platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on eCommerce platforms and social media marketing. Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital campaigns and strategies that drive revenue. Preferred: Experience working in an agency or for an FMCG brand, especially in the food industry.
  • Industry & Network: Strong relationships within the creative industry (designers, videographers, influencers, etc.). Ability to leverage a wide network of creative professionals to enhance brand content and campaigns.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Shopee/Tokopedia seller tools, etc.). Familiarity with live streaming platforms and live shopping best practices.
  • Creative Skills: Strong understanding of storytelling, video creation, and art direction principles. Ability to guide design teams in creating visually compelling and brand-consistent content.
  • Leadership: Proven experience leading and mentoring teams, with strong people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data to track performance, optimize campaigns, and report insights. Ability to interpret and act on metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Thinking: Skilled in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns. Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
