A brilliant career opportunity has arisen for an experienced District Sales Manager Lampung to work for Godrej. Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Regional KPI related to sales activities within his/her region
  • Manage all Multi Distributors within his/her region and build strong relationships with customers – Regional distributor
  • Manage and be responsible for the business of Total General Trade Channel in the assigned area, including sales performance, Cost/Budget, Distribution, and Execution
  • Identify areas of opportunity to grow the business within the region
  • Ensure execution of general marketing and promotional programs or initiatives conducted within his/her region
  • People management to ensure a high-performance team within his/her region
  • Develop an efficient sales team including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing Sales Supervisors
  • Manage stock effectively

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Management/Marketing or any related major
  • Preferably have 5-6 years of experience in the same position from an FMCG company with a minimum of 4 years handling general trade channel GT/MTI
  • Experience handling distributors and managing territory
  • Willing to be placed in Lampung, Indonesia
  • High initiative, independent, and able to conduct high-profile negotiations
  • Mastery in sales development planning and techniques in the FMCG industry
  • Strong knowledge of the channels we are competing in and highly capable of constructing channel strategies
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer opportunities and competitor behavior
  • Capability in leading a team of diverse backgrounds and ability to select and develop high-potential people, as well as demonstrated ability to utilize both internal and external tools and resources to assist the Area Sales Manager in maximizing results
  • Good understanding of financial principles and how to manage budgets
  • Skilled in Excel/PowerPoint and other appropriate software
