Equipment Maintenance Technician

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Diploma III in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering major
2. Good at speaking and writing in English
3. At least 1 year working experience in Maintenance field, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
4. Good sense of responsibility, good communication skills, good at teamwork
5. Fast learner, strong logical and analytical thinking, and good at problem solving
6. Familiar with equipment structure and working principles
7. Possess some maintenance management experiences
8. Able to work in shift (if needed)
9. Willing to be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang

Job Descriptions:

1. Ensure equipment of assembly lines to run normally, and enhance productivity and conformity rate of equipment. Make an assessment about equipment failures and take charge of handling malfunctions of fixtures and equipment in assembly lines.
2. Take part in the newly introduced equipment debugging and acceptance inspection. Participate in the review and summarization of the equipment problem from trial to mass production.
3. Take charge of training and guidance writing about the assembly equipment and fixtures.
4. Take charge of equipment reparation and maintenance in cooperation with the production department. Make the plan about monthly, quarterly, annual preventive maintenance plan.
5. Continuously improve equipment management system and maintenance rules and regulations. Push the equipment improvement system to be built, and establish the module about malfunctions analysis, statistics, maintenance.
