Job Description:

1. Establish and maintain appropriate relationships with customers, enabling the company to be active & leading, with speedy response times, high profitability, and excellent payment collection.
2. External communication with customers, general contractors, supervision, design institutes, and other construction units; manage site activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
3. Internal communication and work closely with sales, engineering, procurement, and other departments to ensure overall company objectives and performance are achieved.
4. Prepare project documentation such as project plans, drawings, and OMM.
5. Participate in regular project meetings, allocate, arrange, and complete relevant work on time according to meeting requirements.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or above in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent (HVAC, refrigeration, etc.).
2. Above 3 years of working experience in project management in related industries preferred.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external parties.
4. Strong team player with the ability to multi-task.
5. Good spoken and written proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
