We are TOG Indonesia, a dynamic technology company on the lookout for an experienced IT Director to spearhead our IT initiatives and drive business growth.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive IT strategies that align with organizational objectives. This includes overseeing software development projects, mentoring and managing high-performing IT teams, ensuring IT system reliability, security, and scalability, and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Develop and execute IT strategies that align with business goals.
2. Lead software development projects to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
3. Mentor, manage, and develop IT teams to enhance performance, innovation, and collaboration.
4. Ensure IT system reliability, security, and scalability through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand technological needs and drive business success.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree in Technology Management is preferred.
2. At least 8 years of experience in software development and a minimum of 4 years in a managerial IT role, leading teams and projects.
