Export Shipping Planner Staff

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistic Management or any related major.
• Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in export logistic fields, shipping lines company, freight forwarding, and seaport.
• Proficient in Microsoft Software specifically in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong oral communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to multitask in an independent and team environment.
• Able to work on weekends if the situation requires it.

Job Descriptions:

• Collecting and managing stock data in SAP system.
• Preparing daily cargo readiness status and shipping lines Delivery Order availability.
• Creating Daily Stuffing Schedule and ensuring all assigned delivery/stuffing are completed.
• Manage coordination with EMKLs (Ekspedisi Muatan Kapal Laut), Warehouse, QC, and all relevant parties.
• Providing BA (Berita Acara) on every abnormal stuffing activity with additional costs.
