We are currently looking for a highly committed and experienced candidate for HRGA & Legal Manager position for an immediate placement in Bali Headquarter.

Role Descriptions:

HRGA & Legal Manager serves as the top leader of HRGA & Legal division in the company headquarter and is responsible to oversee all aspects of our human resources, general affairs, and legal functions. As the top leader in the HRGA & Legal division, you are required to develop entire HRGA & Legal framework and ensure its implementation.

Job Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Develop, manage, and implement full spectrum of HR functions: Recruitment & Selection, Personnel Administration, Industrial & Employee Relations, Performance Management, Organization Development, People & Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary issues, staff counselling and grievances, transfer, terminations, and other employee-related matters in compliance with local labor laws
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of business processes and human capital; nurture a positive working environment
  • Develop and implement aspects of General Affairs; including Facility Management, Office Administration, Vendor Management, Employee Travel and Accommodations, Event Coordination, Company Vehicle, Assets Management, Health & Safety Environment
  • Coordinate and manage office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support their General Affairs‘ needs and initiatives

Legal:

  • Assist companies and employees with legal matters, provide legal advice on various business matters
  • Draft and review legal documents (contracts, agreements, policies, etc.)
  • Handle and manage legal disputes and litigation
  • Deal with government officials, notaries, and the communities

General:

  • Develop, implement, and ensure HRGA & Legal strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across the organization
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of HRGA & Legal activities
  • Assist in budget planning and expense management for HRGA & Legal activities
  • Review, formulate, implement, and ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of existing HRGA & Legal practices and procedures
  • Provide leadership among team members to create a collaborative HRGA & Legal team
  • Continuously upgrade knowledge and skills related to HRGA & Legal, stay updated on changes in industries, trends, regulations, and best practices
  • Other supports to HRGA & Legal, Management, and other divisions as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, or equivalent; holding a master’s degree is a plus point
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of working experience in an HRGA & Legal managerial role
  • Solid knowledge and skills of leadership and people development (leading, mentoring, coaching) and ability to build a professional & humanistic organizational culture
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with all levels of the organization's employees with proficiency in written and verbal communication.
  • Strong problem solving and stakeholder management skills, result driven
  • Capable to take ownership and maintain high levels of productivity without direct supervision.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office software (Word - Excel - Power Point).
  • Full time position, office hours (Monday - Friday)
  • Placement immediately in Bali (Seminyak area) and ability to travel regularly when necessary.
