E-commerce & revenue manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Revenue Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Revenue Manager will be responsible for overseeing the digital sales channels for our hotel/resort/restaurant business, optimizing online booking experiences, and driving revenue through the company’s website and third-party platforms. This role involves strategy development, site optimization, digital marketing initiatives, and collaboration with various internal teams to enhance the online customer journey and achieve business growth.

Job Requirements:

1. 3 years of experience in the hospitality business, or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry.
2. Strong understanding of the market.
3. Experience with e-commerce platforms, booking engines, and online distribution systems used in the hospitality industry.
4. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve performance.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
