Responsibilities
Ensure the execution of HR Strategy work plans and policy development
Align workforce planning with business goals for optimal staffing
Oversee HR projects, policies, and compliance with regulations
Develop HRIS, organizational structures, and competency models
Manage HR communication, compensation, benefits, and budgeting
Drive key talent development, performance management, and career growth
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any major (Master’s degree preferred)
At least 10 years in HR (preferably in financial services) or a minimum of 5 years at the managerial level
Strong conceptual thinking and analytical skills
Excellent organizational and leadership ability
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Knowledge of applicable labor regulations
