Job Description:

• Responsible for the management of particular construction work during the execution phase of the project. Construction and testing activities carry out in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner. Ensure project construction budget under their responsibility - both cost and bill of quantity meet with the budget plan.
• As part of the construction management team, they are responsible for the development of the key documents of the construction - Project Execution Plan and Subcontract Plan by providing particular detail plans, where both of these plans have to be developed efficiently and meet with the project purposes. Construction Engineers have to ensure both plans comply with the project requirements and TRIPATRA's guidelines (procedure, WI, and Form).
• Responsible for the development of the discipline construction team (organization) including discipline manpower loading plan. Both organization and manpower loading plan have to align with the construction execution plan and project execution plan.
• Responsible for the development of the discipline work pack construction plan including mobilization schedule and developing the responsibility matrix for each work pack and liaison with other parties/departments.
• Review & provide decisions for all construction drawings provided by engineering, ensuring all drawings meet the project scope, are constructible, and ensure the design drawings meet the bill of quantity.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 Years of Experience in O&G/Petrochemical/Power/Mining Industry in EPC Company/Project.
• Having good knowledge in construction management, project management, project risk, and able to perform risk assessment and prepare initial risk register.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Willing to be placed in Head Office or site area.
