Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field from a reputable university, with min. GPA of 3.00/4.00.
Advanced degrees or certifications in social media marketing or data analytics are a plus.
Min. 2 years of experience in data analytics or social media marketing, with a focus on TikTok (familiarity with TikTok’s algorithm and trends).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Ability to develop creative content strategies that drive engagement and sales.
Understanding of TikTok’s content formats and audience preferences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Flexibility to adjust to the fast-paced nature of social media platforms.
Job Role:
Analyze social commerce performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
Develop and optimize content strategies to boost sales on social commerce.
Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and shoppable content.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the social commerce space.
Monitor competitor activities and benchmark performance.
