Job Description:

Reporting to Senior Manager, Partnership Distribution Training this position is responsible to manage as well as coordinate training and development activities at CIMB Niaga Channel Sumatera Region in partnership distribution.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct A-Z basic training for all new sales forces, starting from delivery, reporting and advanced programs (extended) for rookie agents
• Carry out initiatives that can support business growth, especially in terms of activity, productivity & leads conversion rate
• Design and create a sales leader development program
• Responsible for managing special projects on the channel concerned
• Design and create training materials as needed
• Monitor and report several important parameters / Business matrix like Rookie agent activation, Sales productivity, Active ratio, Lead conversion rate, Training points & participant rate
