Sales & Marketing Staff

About the role
We are seeking a talented and ambitious Sales & Marketing Staff to join our team at PT Nusantara Secom InfoTech (Hardware Network Solution & Maintenance Division). As a full-time employee based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success through effective sales and marketing strategies.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting sales activities: looking for new prospective customers, product presentations, negotiating and closing sales
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building
• Developing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns to promote the company's services and solutions
• Preparing sales proposals, presentations, and other materials to effectively showcase the company's offerings
• Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and secure repeat business
• Collaborating with the broader team to contribute to the overall marketing and sales strategy
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform the company's offerings

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Proficiency in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels
• Familiarity with Network Engineering principles and technologies
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
