Senior Live Streaming Operator

Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of live streaming operations from pre-stream planning to post-stream analysis
• Crafting live streaming schedules and strategies that boost our company's GMV in line with current trends
• Ensuring live streaming plans for our official Tiktok channel align with our overall corporate strategy
• Monitoring campaign effectiveness, tracking real-time data during events, and continuously optimizing live streaming performance
• Preparing weekly and monthly performance reviews and refining processes based on insight

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 2-year experience in a related role, with a preference for candidates who have worked with influencers or agencies
• Proven experience in building and managing a live streaming room from the ground up
• Strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Proficient in using OBS
• Understanding of Data Dashboards
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online shopping trends
