MAIN ACCOUNTABILITY

Training & Events:

Developing and implementing training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses.
Creating learning materials and resources.
Coordinating with internal and external trainers.

Performance Management:

Integrating talent development initiatives with performance management processes.
Developing performance improvement plans.
Supporting succession planning.

Evaluation and Measurement:

Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
Analyzing data to measure the impact of talent development initiatives.
Making adjustments to programs based on evaluation results.

Fostering a Learning Culture:

Promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
Encouraging employees to seek out development opportunities.

MAIN QUALIFICATION

*Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
*5-years relevant experience in developing talents and organization
*Meticulous in detail and proficient in office application skills
*Excellent presentation and communication skills both verbal and written in English.
*Willing to be based in West Banten area
