Job Description:

The Creative Manager at MIRAH Investment & Development Hospitality Marketing Department leads all phases of creative development, from concept to completion. Responsibilities include ensuring that all projects align with brand guidelines and quality standards across a portfolio of resorts, hotels, and F&B venues. The position collaborates closely with the Head of Marketing to develop & execute creative concepts & strategies that support the goals of the hospitality brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Creative Strategies: Craft and implement creative strategies that align with brand and marketing goals

• Concept Development: Lead the conceptualization of creative projects and actively participate in copywriting to deliver compelling brand messages.

• Lead and Manage Creative Teams: Direct, mentor, and provide feedback to designers, videographers, and other creatives to ensure effective collaboration and output.

• Oversee Project Execution: Manage multiple creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines, quality, and budget are met. Coordinate closely with media production teams to ensure that all video and photo projects align with the creative vision and brand standards.

• Collaborate Across Departments: Work with marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and projects.

• Ensure Quality and Brand Consistency: Review and approve creative outputs, maintaining brand standards and high-quality deliverables.

• Stay Updated on Trends: Keep informed on industry trends to maintain innovative, competitive creative work.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English is required!

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 3+ years of proven experience in managing creative teams and projects, with a strong understanding of branding and marketing principles.

• Extensive knowledge of creative processes, techniques, and tools of digital and traditional marketing.

• Strong understanding and experience in media production, including photo and video production techniques.
