Finance & Accounting Officer

We are seeking a talented and competent individual to join our team as an Finance & Accounting Officer. If you have a keen eye for detail and experience in accounting and finance, we would love to hear from you!

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in both English and Indonesian, with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of tax reporting and LPKM reporting would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bookkeeping and data entry, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
• Reconcile bank accounts and contribute to monthly and year-end closing processes.
• Process accounts payable, create bills, process payments in the bank, and handle bank transactions.
• Process accounts receivable, create invoices, reconcile EDC receipts, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist in tax filing preparation and ensure timely and accurate submission and payments.
• Perform general administrative tasks as required.
