Job Description :

• Tailor curriculum to support our companys goals and employee growth.
• Track progress and offer personalized feedback.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure training aligns with company objectives.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience teaching Mandarin to adults.
• HSK 4 certification.
• Exceptional communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Strong organizational skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Must be domiciled in the Jakarta or Bekasi area.
