Specialist Ecommerce

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
2. Have a minimum of 2-3 years experience as an Ecommerce Specialist in the retail industry, especially in fashion, sport, footwear, or active lifestyle.
3. Good communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills.
4. Able to operate Microsoft Office.
5. Have technical knowledge of e-commerce platforms, websites, applications, and advertising media.
6. Strong knowledge of e-commerce business processes from customer orders, shipping, to customer refunds.
7. Manage and maintain product pages and manage e-commerce inventory for all e-commerce channels including marketplaces.
8. Develop and launch the company's e-commerce business strategy and manage annual expense budgets and sales forecasts.
9. Undertake regular progress monitoring, market analysis, and develop appropriate corrective action plans.
10. Develop and manage existing or new customers.
