Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including audio equipment dealers, distributors, and industry partners.
Collaborate with key accounts to develop customized audio solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's audio product portfolio and customer base.
Develop and nurture relationships with potential customers and partners to drive sales growth and market penetration.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Ensure excellent customer service and support for clients, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term customer relationships.
Act as a liaison between customers and the company to address their audio needs and requirements.
Requirements
Must have a minimum Diploma degree.
Must have a proven track record of successful selling audio equipment such as Mixer and speaker for a minimum of 3 years.
Strong understanding of audio products, technology, and industry trends.
Able to provide solutions and demos on how to set up software and hardware of audio equipment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
Willingness to travel to any area in Indonesia to meet with customers or attend industry events.
