Head of Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement

Responsibilities:

• Develop short-term and long-term business strategies to support the company’s goals.
• Lead and oversee the implementation of process improvement projects (continuous improvement).
• Analyze data, market trends, and internal performance to produce strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-department stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of strategies.
• Provide regular reports to management on strategic performance and improvement outcomes.
• Align strategies with the company’s vision, mission, and core values.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 7–10 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or continuous improvement (with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role), from the palm oil plantation industry.
• Strong data analysis skills and a deep understanding of change management methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as SWOT Analysis, Balanced Scorecard, or KPI frameworks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferably holds certifications such as Six Sigma, PMP, or Strategic Planning Professional (SPP).
