Job Description

1. Sales activity (Business development and existing support / additional sales) to Japanese company
2. Sales team management
3. Sales planning, monitoring, and judgment (for customer's requests)
4. Communicate / negotiation with client if need
5. Reporting to Japanese (HQ, Japanese director)

Requirement

1. Have working experience in Japanese manufacturing company (automotive/Motorcycle)
2. Management skill
3. Be able to multitask efficiently and have good motivation to learn
4. Japanese (above high-conversation level)
