PT. AA International Indonesia was founded on 19 December 2007 and is a leading assistance company in Indonesia. Starting in 2020, we launched a new brand, Across Asia Assist (AAA), becoming the head office for regional branch offices. Our mission is to bring assistance to the customer’s doorstep.
In this technological era, customer demands and business operations are changing dramatically. We aim to be the industry’s number one choice for an assistance provider by applying advanced technology.
AAA is responsible for ensuring optimum response performance, resource availability, and top service quality to its members. We have invested in our own fleet of ground ambulances under the brand name AAA Regal Ambulance, operating throughout Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore.
Through our 24/7 contact center and operational team, AAA provides a range of services such as healthcare services, medical assistance, travel assistance, roadside assistance, concierge services, second medical opinions, and more.
We are the core partner for IAG (International Assistance Group in Indonesia) and currently serve many corporate clients, ranging from multinational insurance companies to small-medium-big enterprises.
We are looking for dynamic and skillful individuals who are highly motivated to be part of our team in our Jakarta office.
