We are looking for a Site Operation Supervisor & Quality Control to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations and ensuring quality control standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise site operations and manage site staff.
2. Ensure quality control measures are implemented and maintained.
3. Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders.
4. Conduct regular inspections and audits of work sites.
5. Report on site progress and any issues encountered.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an Operation Supervisor and Quality Control Supervisor.
2. Strong knowledge of construction processes and quality standards.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
