Industrial Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for IE team building and managing.
2. Lead in efficiency improvement: Promote the improvement of benchmark lines according to lean management requirements, establish an IE talent system database, and provide IE professional knowledge training.
3. Responsible for continuous improvement of mass production.
4. Identify production waste, optimize workstations and layouts, and reduce costs according to the production plan.
5. Proficient in developing ramp-up plans, analyzing equipment OEE, and developing and implementing improvement plans.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in engineering relevant (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, automation, etc.).
2. At least 9 years of work experience in the automotive or energy industry.
3. At least 4 years of work experience in team management.
4. Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, and other engineering methods.
5. Proficient in VSM, JIT, and other engineering tools.
6. Familiar with IATF16949 quality system.
7. Strong logical analysis ability, communication, and coordination ability.
