JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for developing and implementing category strategy that aligns with the manufacturing teams that will leverage the scale and scope to achieve best-in-market competitive supply agreements.
2. Establish new and effective ways of working with key stakeholders, collaborate and contribute to the overall strategic direction of broader Indonesia business strategies.
3. Identify, evaluate, and recommend other purchasing opportunities across business to effectively help increase the spend base.
4. Effective supplier relationship management and conflict resolution.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
2. Minimum 3 years experience in procurement of Sr. Buyer MRO / CAPEX or related field.
3. Preferred experience from FMCGs or F&B Industries.
4. Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving capabilities.
5. Good command of English and Bahasa and sound computer skills.
6. Sourcing skills, knowledge in various Indirect category.
7. Negotiation skills and e-sourcing capability.
8. Ability to work under ambiguity and excellent interpersonal skills.
