Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Organizing, coordinating, and controlling company budgeting.
  2. Preparing company forecasts and cash flow reports.
  3. Managing wholesale unit processes, control, and monitoring.
  4. Preparing documentation for bank loan renewals and new loan processes, including data requests by banks.
  5. Responding to requests from principals or other departments.
  6. Conducting business case scenarios and feasibility studies.
  7. Reviewing commercial agreements.
  8. Managing financing support, including Supply Chain Financing, AR Factoring, Operating Leases, and Dealer Financing.
  9. Preparing financial reporting packages and ensuring timely and accurate meeting presentations.

Job Scope:

The main role of this position is to handle overall budgeting and reporting, ensuring timely control. Responsibilities include renewing bank loans or obtaining approvals for new loans for company expansion, and fulfilling requests from superiors, principals, and other departments.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinating and preparing company budgeting and consolidation, including revisions.
  2. Conducting budget analysis and discussing improvement strategies with the CFO to achieve results.
  3. Setting up automated financial and budget reporting tools for efficiency and accuracy in the financial reporting process.
  4. Controlling and approving budget requests and purchase requests in the system.
  5. Reviewing and implementing internal processes (S.O.P.) with a control system.
  6. Providing monthly reporting and analysis, including dashboards and margin reports, comparing budget vs. actual expenses.
  7. Generating any reports requested by the principal.
  8. Directly reporting to the CFO.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (S1).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant or Business Analyst, focusing on business modeling.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, including NPV, IRR, and other calculations.
  • Strong knowledge in budgeting, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Knowledge, skills, and attitudes required: Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Budgeting, Microsoft Office, Accounting Software Packages, Presentation Skills, Analytical Thinking, Planning & Organizing, and Innovation.
