English Teacher (for all location EF Kids & Teens Ys. Group)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out the timetable of classes assigned by the Senior Teaching Manager
• Give lessons to the highest standards of English language teaching
• Be familiar with all courses of study at the Center
• Prepare lessons and equipment in advance for all classes.
• Use audio/video materials in classes. Expose students to the technology used in current courses
• Develop and use suitable supplementary materials as necessary
• Maintain student and class records. Administer, correct and record the results of progress reports, tests and assessments
• Be responsible for students' welfare and progress.
• Inform students of center safety and behavior policies
• Substitute for absent colleagues, perhaps at short notice, on or off-site
• Cooperate with the Center Director and Senior Teaching Manager in ensuring the constructive communication and efficient operation of the center
• Continually strive for self-development and attend regular developmental meetings with the Senior Teaching Manager
• Assist in the placement testing and interviewing of new students
• Conduct or assist in demo (trial) lessons as assigned
• Carry out teaching related responsibilities including, but not limited to demonstration classes, LIFE Clubs, tutorials, seminars, presentations, and center social events
