Responsibilities

1. Conduct assessment/diagnostics to determine which areas need improvements.
2. Seek solutions that match existing problems to turn around conditions for better production results.
3. Create specific project plans, timelines, scopes, project structures, and define the roles of team members.
4. Provide clear directions, instructions, and decisions to team members and stakeholders to enable them to carry out their duties effectively.
5. Identify daily issues/risks during implementation and escalate to the Head of Agronomy & Mechanization.
6. Oversee project implementation to ensure completion in accordance with objectives, time, and costs.
7. Develop a replanting & mature division model to showcase future mechanization and automation for effective management with cost efficiency.
8. Optimize trials of initiatives related to mechanization and automation in the assigned estates/divisions.
9. Ensure that knowledge from implemented initiatives is codified, reviewed, and evaluated.
10. Maintain good communication with estate stakeholders (VPA, RC, Manager) to ensure all projects and initiatives in trial division run successfully.
