Area Manager Medan

- Proven experience as Area Manager or similar managerial roles.

- At least 8+ years experience in a similar role (Area Manager).

- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree for last education.

- Willing to travel up to 90% of the time.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop productive business development strategies to ensure long-term success.
2. Establish standards and objectives for each RGI Cloud Kitchen.
3. Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency.
4. Lead a team of outlet managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals.
5. Undertake prudent financial management to ensure kitchens are profitable and stay within budget.
6. Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it.
7. Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
