Dental Nurse

About the role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Nurse to join our team. This role involves assisting with patient care, monitoring treatment progress, providing clinical support, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

1. Review draft new cases and refinements, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
2. Update and monitor the clinical dashboard with current case status and details.
3. Perform dental monitoring for patients, tracking treatment progress and addressing any issues that arise.
4. Perform patient scanning.
5. Maintain a clean and safe environment by sterilizing clinic tools and equipment.
6. Support the production department with tasks as needed.
7. Handle customer inquiries via communication channels.
8. Assist with translations between English and Bahasa on the platform.

Requirements:

1. Experience as a Dental Nurse or in a clinical setting is preferred.
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
3. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Customer service experience is a plus.
6. Active Registration Certificate of Dentistry (STR).
