Registered in Singapore & Indonesia, we can assist with your growth plans and strategies, and continue to expand our regional presence with strong regional partners to assist our clients in recruitment and branding strategy.

Job Description:

  1. Identify and assess potential franchise partners and locations for global and local expansion.
  2. Lead negotiations for franchise agreements, ensuring alignment with values.
  3. Conduct thorough market research to find suitable countries, regions, and areas for franchise opportunities.
  4. Analyze local market trends and competition to inform strategic decisions.
  5. Create a comprehensive business development strategy for both international and local growth.
  6. Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment with overall goals and brand identity.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees globally and locally.
  8. Provide ongoing support to ensure compliance with brand standards.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting values and mission to external stakeholders.
  10. Attend events to enhance visibility.
  11. Collaborate with the finance team to assess potential franchise locations financially.
  12. Monitor the financial performance of franchise partners.

Job Requirements:

  1. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA considered advantageous.
  2. Demonstrated expertise in business development and expanding franchises, particularly in the food and beverage sector for 5 years.
  3. Thorough knowledge of frozen food.
  4. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and leading diverse teams.
  5. Outstanding sales, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills.
  6. Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  7. Robust project management and collaboration capabilities.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Docs.
  9. Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required.
