Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Product Brand Manager to drive the growth and market presence of our export products. This role will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, working closely with regional managers and internal teams to ensure effective marketing, product development, and export operations. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, brand management expertise, and experience in international markets.

Job Responsibilities:

Brand & Product Management

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance product positioning in export markets.
  • Work closely with principals and internal divisions to ensure strong product and brand awareness.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to refine brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with PDQC to ensure product development aligns with customer needs and quality standards.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Initiate and execute marketing and promotional activities, such as price discounts, POSM, and product launch campaigns.
  • Plan and control the A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget effectively.
  • Work with marketing agencies and distributors to implement brand campaigns in export markets.

Sales & Business Development

  • Support regional managers in achieving sales targets for assigned product categories.
  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to expand distribution channels.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key business partners.

Export Operations & Coordination

  • Liaise with internal teams (PPIC, logistics, factory, and accounting) to ensure smooth ordering and shipment processes.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all export markets while adapting to local market preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or export business (preferably in FMCG).
  • Strong understanding of international market dynamics, branding strategies, and consumer behavior.
  • Proven track record in executing marketing campaigns and managing A&P budgets.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and external partners (distributors, agencies, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
