PT Mahindra Accelo Steel Indonesia (PT. MASI) is a subsidiary company of Mahindra Intertrade Limited (MIL), India. MIL is a Group company of one of the most reputed groups in India, Mahindra & Mahindra. PT. MASI has been incorporated on 19th December 2018 in Indonesia. It proposes to set up an electrical steel service centre in DS 8, Lippo Cikarang.

The proposed facility is expected to be set up on 10,000 square meters of land and have an annual processing capacity of 25,200 tonnes. This state-of-the-art facility manufacturing CRGO laminations and slits will offer the full range of services from sourcing to customized JIT delivery solutions, redefining the supply chain model in the region - backed by global leader in this field, Nippon Steel Corporation, Japan.

The raw material will be sourced from Japan. The steel service centre will offer electric transformer manufacturers in Indonesia and the nearby region an entire bouquet of end-to-end services such as sourcing, warehousing, yield optimization, forex risk management, SKU-wise delivery, and products such as laminations, built core, and profiles.

Requirements:

1. 10-15 years of experience in the related fields
2. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
3. Good Electrical and Mechanical skills
4. Computer literate (Ms. Excel, PowerPoint) is an advantage
5. Fluency in English is an advantage
6. Attention to detail and ability to analyze root causes of issues
7. Ability to collaborate with other departments as a team
8. Understanding of Electric and Mechanical maintenance for cutting, shearing, and slitting machines
9. Understanding of Automation, PLC, Servo, SCADA, CNC system equipment
10. Knowledge of Heavy-duty EOT crane maintenance
11. Knowledge about Compressors and other utilities

Job Description:

1. Running day-to-day electrical and mechanical maintenance of plant, building, infrastructure, and machines.
2. Meeting operational goals by contributing information and recommendations for strategic planning and review, preparing and enacting action plans, maintaining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, completing audits, identifying trends, recognizing problems, and determining appropriate system improvements and solutions.
3. Supporting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and taking effective corrective actions.
4. Ensuring stable electrical supply by maintaining equipment and outlets, including energy management systems for prototyping and assembly systems, lighting, and security apparatus.
5. Providing power and connectivity to workstations and offices by studying blueprints, running electrical wiring for common and dedicated electrical outlets and fixtures, and providing raceways for telephone and fiber communications.
6. Supporting engineering needs by responding to service requests for mechanical and electrical problems.
7. Ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and regulations and advising senior management on requirements.
8. Maintaining material and equipment supplies by regularly monitoring inventory levels, anticipating supply needs, placing and expediting electrical/mechanical material orders, and reviewing and approving invoices.
9. Preserving equipment in good working order by following operating instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, keeping supplies on hand, regularly performing preventive maintenance, and promptly scheduling repairs.
10. Keeping knowledge and skills current by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, networking, and participating in professional organizations.
11. Upholding the highest level of safety standards as the Safety leader, communicating and liaising with various government authorities on Safety and Environmental matters.
12. Knowledge and experience in hazardous waste management practices and compliance.
