Job Description
Identify, prioritize, and reach out to new leads within the assigned category, cultivating relationships to generate business opportunities.
Clearly communicate the benefits of Traveloka to corporate leaders in finance, HR, and procurement, emphasizing how our solutions can meet their specific business needs.
Stay informed on industry developments, competitor models, market trends, rate structures, and customer booking behaviors, leveraging this knowledge to drive sales and strategic discussions.
Ensure the effective use of tools and systems. Guide both internal teams and clients in utilizing these tools to improve productivity and sales outcomes.
Educate and train partners on the Traveloka system, ensuring they can effectively use it for transactions and business operations, ultimately driving successful partnerships.
Requirements
Min 5 years of work experience in sales or relevant field.
Experience in B2B corporate travel sales or corporate airline sales is preferable.
Willingness to visit customers and work outside the office.
Willingness to make partner calls/meetings on a daily basis.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively at various levels (both verbal & written), and negotiation skills.
Able to present to groups of business people.
Familiarity with corporate travel services and online travel agent business.
Fluent in English in writing, speaking & listening.
